SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING

All orders are packed free of plastic, using a mix of recycled & recyclable (curb-side) or compostable packaging. We have consciously minimised the use of plastic in our business, and are always looking into ways to eliminate this completely. 

All orders are shipped carbon neutral through Sendle. Orders shipping to regional, remote or PO box addresses are shipped carbon neutral through Australia Post. Orders shipped with Sendle will be processed within 1-2 days, and orders shipped with AusPost will be processed within 2-3 days.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Daily Good offers free shipping on all Australian orders $100 or over. 

For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $10.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (NEW ZEALAND ONLY)

Daily Good currently offers free shipping on all NZ orders $150 or over. 

For all orders under $150, shipping is a flat rate of $20.  

 

RETURNS

To request a return or refund/credit, please read the conditions below before returning your item(s).

Daily Good is happy to accept returns and exchanges on most items for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. To request a return, please email jess@dailygood.com.au. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will be shipped at the customer's expense, and must include tracking.

EXCEPTIONS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty (we take great care to ensure all items are not faulty before sending these to you!). These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal items (such as skincare). Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address this issue and fix this for you right away.

Please keep in mind, we do not offer credits, exchanges or refunds on any sale items (including items purchased using promo or discount codes) or on gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note your refund will exclude the cost of shipping, and be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.
